Al Tijaria Real Estate Company announced its contribution of USD 1
million to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, launched by the Kuwait Fund for
Arab Economic Development. The contribution reflects the Company’s commitment
to supporting national initiatives that strengthen Kuwait’s preparedness and
ensure the sustainability of vital infrastructure and essential services.
The Company emphasized that serving the nation is a shared
responsibility, particularly amid current regional and global challenges that
call for stronger collaboration between the public and private sectors.
Mr. Abdulfatah Marafie, Chairman of Al Tijaria Real Estate Company,
said:
“Throughout its history, Al Tijaria has contributed to Kuwait’s urban and
economic development. Our role extends beyond real estate development and asset
management to supporting national initiatives that enhance the country’s
stability, resilience and infrastructure sustainability.”
He added: “The Kuwait Emergency Response Fund reflects the importance of
collaboration between public institutions and the private sector. We are proud
to contribute to this initiative, as strengthening Kuwait’s preparedness and
infrastructure is an investment in the nation’s future and long-term
prosperity.”
Mr. Marafie concluded by praying for continued peace, security and
stability in Kuwait, the GCC countries and the wider region, under the wise
leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah,
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His
