Mutajara Real Estate, a subsidiary of Al Tijaria Real Estate Company, has intiated an expansion project for Al Rehab Complex, one of the region’s leading integrated commercial destinations.

The expansion aims to enhance the complex’s facilities by adding new leasable spaces, including a health club covering a total area of 1,046 square meters on the southern side. The health club features a modern design with glass façades that allow natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and comfortable environment for users. The club is designed with a double-height layout and spacious interiors, including an indoor swimming pool, ensuring an exceptional sports and recreational experience.

The expansion will also include office spaces totaling 1,761 square meters on the northern side of the complex. A dedicated entrance and a new elevator have been incorporated to ensure easy access, enhancing convenience and efficiency for tenants.
