Job Description

Update and follow up with the accounting department regarding the daily cash position (Consolidated) and provide solutions and suggestions to the FSPD Manager.

Update and follow up with the accounting department regarding the daily cash reports. (Consolidated)  

Make necessary intercompany transfers to meet company needs. (Consolidated)

Make internal and external investment transfers to meet company needs. (Consolidated)

Creating deposits and follow-up reports and updating them periodically. (Consolidated)  

Buying and selling foreign currencies following the requirements of the companies and subsidiaries.

Receiving the facility repayment schedule for three months and ensuring accuracy. (Consolidated)

Prepare standalone Monthly-to-date cash flow reports for parents and subsidiaries Co.

Prepare standalone forecasting cashflow parents and subsidiaries Co.

Follow up with the property Dept. regarding leasing and evacuations weekly and review the evacuation reasons then provide the comments to the FSPD Manager.

Follow up with the investment Dept. regarding any update on the investment plan, Cash Dividends distribution, and exiting.

Preparing a quarterly comprehensive report contains a summary of the company's financial performance compared to the budget, and ratios analysis besides focusing on the remarkable events during that period. (AL-Mutajara).

Ensure knowledge sharing among the team

Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks
